ATM Card:

An ATM card allows you to make cash withdrawals at ATM's from your checking or savings accounts.  This card cannot be used for purchases at merchant locations.

EnFact Fraud Monitoring:

Fiserv's EnFact Fraud Monitoring is just one of the tools First National Bank Mahnomen Twin Valley is using to protect our customers.  EnFact monitors your transactions to detect unusual activity and then notifies you to verify the activity.  If there is suspicious activity detected on your account you may receive a phone call from First National Bank's Fraud Prevention Center.  In order to verify your identity the call center representative will ask you for the following:

  • Name
  • the last four digits of your Social Security Number
  • Address, including zip code

You will never be asked for your full card number or PIN, nor will you ever be asked for your bank account number.  If you are ever asked for these things, hang up and call the bank to inquire about your card activity. 

If the call center is unable to reach you they will send notification to the bank and we will attempt to contact you directly.
